18-24 month Treatment Based Housing for those in need of sober living and or transitional living ( Veterans and Non-Veterans)

$850 per month all utilities included, shared room, shared bath, groceries included, wifi and tv included, bedroom furniture included plus Group and Individual Counseling.

BlueCross Blue Shield/Anthem, UHC/Oscar/Optimum/UMR/Aetna, Cigna, Optimum/UHC, Amerigroup and Caresource, Peachstate, Tri-Care
Treatment Includes:
Weekly Individual Sessions
Weekly Group Sessions
2 Family/Couples Sessions per Month
Random Drug Tests/Random Medication Compliance Tests
Meal plan: $150 per month
Breakfast/Lunch Snack/Dinner (5 days a week prepared) weekends residents rotate food preparation
EBT accepted
Transportation: $95 per week
7 days a week (work, recreational activities, family invitations and etc within Therapist discretion)
$75 per week
Group Fitness sessions with Personal Trainer 3x weekly (Can Use EAP benefits)
Online access to personal professional & business development courses: $75 per month (unlimited access to over 30 courses)
Therapy Journal: $40 per journal
Therapy Books: $20 per book
Cognitive Behavioral Planner: $40 per planner
